  • reservation refers to the single Chalet House – LUX ( we choose one out of two detached houses ) for all infos regarding this unit please check our web-site on CHALETS
  • reservation is possible only weekly ( saturday – saturday )
  • cause of immediate 100% payment in advance ( not refundable ) is final price lower for 5% ( according to our prices on price-lists on www.kronau.si ) as it would be with standard reservation procedure ( sent request/inquiry, offer, offer-conformation by client, sent Invoice with our terms and conditions, payment and final conformation of booking )
  • reservation/price is valid for : up to 4.persones; + 1 child up to 3 years of age inclouding free of charge baby-cot.There can be maximum 6 persones in the unite. Eventual 5th and 6th person will be charged uppon our prices on price-lists on www.kronau.si on departure day
  • price includes : 9,50% VAT Tax, prepared app./house with all beding sheets ( if longer stay than a week – we change sheets weekly ) and toweles, wood for cheemene/fire place ( the heating is central-on a sistem with radiatores so fire-place is more or less for winter atmosphere )
  • only in winter/autumn, teracce equipement ( garden table,chairs for haveing meals outside,laying-down chairs, parasol ), free of charge wi-fi, laundry and final cleaning. Unit has each – 2 parking places – we clean them if fresh snow
  • not included in the price : Local Turist Tax ( 2,00 for adults 18+ and 1,00 euro a for 7 – 18 years of age a person/a day ) wich is to be payed on departure day with reciving a final Invoice. In the price is not included any kind of meals, cause this is self-catered unite.
  • earlier departure doesent change the final price because we have had canclle
  • after such a conformation-booking – many requests/inquiryes which would take place in order from yours conformation on, untill the day of arivall and because of that we could realized – this terme booking positive with eventual other clients. If there comes –eventual cancellation ( because allready told reasons ) – we do not any refound of a prepayement. If you are not shore on your arrival we recomend you to secure your arangament with some Insurance company.
  • Administrative costs on wrong paid reservation are 15 €
  • Transaction costs of false reservations amount to 4% of payment
